Product Management Analyst Intern Role

This internship within GCS offers the opportunity to support the product vision and gain valuable experience in the field of product management. The successful candidate will take ownership of the product strategy for a specific commercial banking, cash flow management, or payments product. This role is fast-paced and provides exposure to the development of commercial customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cases for new products, features, and customer experiences.
• Shape product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and customer feedback to derive insights.
• Synthesize analytics and financials to make data-driven recommendations.
• Document and maintain product management processes and product backlogs, including feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in commercial payments, digital products, and product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about the payments landscape and emerging technologies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated resilience, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
