Job Description:
This position will provide you with the opportunity to assist Product Intelligence Training Specialists with summer Product Training (boot camp) activities. You will also gain experience operating various Bobcat/Doosan Heavy and competitive equipment for training, demos, photo/video shoots, and other related tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with Product Training: Work closely with training specialists during summer boot camps, contributing to the smooth execution of training programs.
• Operating Equipment: Gain hands-on experience operating Bobcat/Doosan Heavy equipment and other competitive machinery, mastering their functionality for training, demonstrations, and media productions.
• Developing Product Knowledge: Build a comprehensive understanding of Bobcat products to enhance your ability to perform duties efficiently and answer customer inquiries through the Product Help Desk.
• Operating Vehicles: Manage department trucks and trailers, safely transporting equipment between sites as needed.
• Assisting with Marketing: Collaborate with the Product Marketing Department to secure high-quality photos and videos for promotional materials. This includes locating worksites, gathering contact information, and facilitating equipment transport and operation.
