Job Description: Product Development Summer Internship

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Summer Internship

Compensation: $24/hr – $63/hr

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and value proposition.
Conduct market and user research, identify market trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
Analyze product data to identify opportunities and drive actionable insights for the product strategy.
Collaborate with delivery and technology teams in an agile environment to groom, prioritize, and complete the product backlog.
Drive product and/or feature adoption and engagement in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes developing marketing and servicing materials and measuring impact post-launch.
Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, data, analytics, other product management teams, etc.) to deliver results as a cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

Preferred:

Experience in the payments industry.
Experience with SQL and/or Hive.
• Strong interest in the payments industry, digital products, and product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships.
• Strong project management skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated resilience, proactive problem solving, and adaptability.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and change effectively.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement.
