Job Description: Product Development Summer Internship
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Summer Internship
Compensation: $24/hr – $63/hr
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and value proposition.
• Conduct market and user research, identify market trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
• Analyze product data to identify opportunities and drive actionable insights for the product strategy.
• Collaborate with delivery and technology teams in an agile environment to groom, prioritize, and complete the product backlog.
• Drive product and/or feature adoption and engagement in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes developing marketing and servicing materials and measuring impact post-launch.
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, data, analytics, other product management teams, etc.) to deliver results as a cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
Preferred:
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Experience with SQL and/or Hive.
• Strong interest in the payments industry, digital products, and product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships.
• Strong project management skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated resilience, proactive problem solving, and adaptability.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and change effectively.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement.
