Product Development Intern | Catalent

The Tone:
This is an internship at Catalent, located in Winchester, Kentucky. Catalent is a global leader in drug development and delivery, specializing in large-scale oral dose forms for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and consumer health companies. This role offers the opportunity to support the Product Development team directly, making a significant impact by assisting in the development and advancement of life-saving and life-enhancing products for patients worldwide.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Winchester, KY

• Team: Product Development team
• Mission: Support various stages of product development projects, including experimental execution, documentation, physical testing, and manufacturing assistance, to ensure timely task completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Gather and summarize data from executed batch records.
• Product Testing: Collect Product Development-related physical testing data from manufactured products.
• Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of product development protocols and reports.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant site departments to execute development project plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student majoring in Engineering or Sciences disciplines, in good academic standing.
• Experience: Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12 week period. Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Bonus: Desirable skills, knowledge, and/or experience that enhance job performance.
