This role focuses on the “top half” of the online shopping experience across mobile web, desktop web, iOS, and Android apps. The designer will be responsible for improving the user journey from search and navigation through product discovery, selection, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and enhancing user experiences and interfaces for e-commerce journeys centered around product discovery, including search, browse, navigation, product listing pages (PLPs), and product detail pages (PDPs).
• Translating complex customer and business needs into elegant design solutions across various digital platforms.
• Creating high-fidelity UI designs, design flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma, utilizing design system components and contributing to system improvements.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Brand stakeholders to validate design solutions, advocate for user needs, and ensure alignment on design direction.
• Implementing inclusive design principles and accessibility best practices to create usable and appealing experiences for all customers.
• Contributing to the improvement of information architecture and product taxonomy to enhance product clarity and discoverability across all shopping channels.
• Participating in design critiques, user research, and cross-functional workshops.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and collaboration within the product design team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong interaction and visual design skills, demonstrable through a portfolio showcasing thoughtful design decisions for complex user flows and responsive interfaces.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end digital experiences and building polished prototypes using Figma (preferred).
• Familiarity with Lean UX and Test & Learn methodologies, including the ability to interpret user research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design iterations.
• Understanding of product taxonomy, content hierarchy, and information architecture principles.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, balancing input from multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for inclusive design and accessibility.
