• Mission: Establish, maintain, and improve supply continuity, quality, and cost for products and services.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel), ERP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement Processing: Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes directed to suppliers.
• Supplier Resolution: Review purchase order variances, past due orders, and aged unconfirmed orders, then provide resolutions in collaboration with the supply base.
• Cost Optimization: Recommend cost-saving proposals, including exploring alternative sourcing options, with approval from the team.
• Negotiation Support: Work closely with Engineers and Strategic Sourcing Managers to support all procurement activities and vendor negotiations on lead-time and cost.
• Data Management: Manage and maintain item master and organization attributes for assigned products and process Returns to Vendor (RTV) for procured items.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, qualifying for an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain or procurement function.
• Skills: Proven planning, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel; strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
