Role Overview:
As an intern on Zoox’s Procurement and Strategic Partnerships Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our launch and test facilities, while also significantly advancing our corporate sustainability goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Collaborating with charging partners and conducting in-depth energy industry research to expand and optimize our charging ecosystem.
• Performing cross-functional operational deep dives to implement scalable, high-efficiency charging site operations.
• Working cross-functionally to develop long-term operational partnerships essential for supporting our Go-To-Market efforts.
• Driving Zoox’s critical sustainability initiatives in pursuit of our ambitious Climate Pledge goal and comprehensive GHG Reduction strategy.

Program Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an MBA, or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Plan to return to school after completing the internship.
• Maintain good academic standing.
• Available to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026.
• At least one prior industry internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
• Willing and able to relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the duration of the internship.
• Interns may not use proprietary Zoox information in university theses, publications, or share it outside of Zoox.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing complex projects with numerous cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong history of working effectively within a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Past professional experience in the mobility/transportation space.
• Experience with complex cost modeling.
• Experience of working on sustainability projects and understanding of GHG Protocols.

Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $7,500. Compensation will be adjusted based on geographic location and level of education. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, and a housing stipend (relocation assistance will be offered based on eligibility).
