The Processing Specialist I plays a vital part in achieving this by ensuring the Integrated Customer Service (ICS) team meets program deliverables through accurate rebate processing. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the company’s commitment to energy efficiency.

The TL;DR

• Team: Integrated Customer Service (ICS)
• Mission: Accurately process energy rebate requests to ensure the ICS team meets program deliverables.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications (a plus), company-provided laptop, software.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and validate energy rebate requests.
• Performance: Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Improvement: Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment.
• Quality Control: Maintain production standards of 90% or greater and an accuracy rating of 99%.
• Skill Development: Develop new skills for new programs and tasks to meet utilization goals set by Supervisor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with an inquisitive and resourceful mindset.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
• Skills: Resourceful and inquisitive with high energy, strong organizational skills, ability to hardwire internet into a router, dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions with two power connections.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility with schedule, including split shifts, evenings, and Saturdays during times of increased volume.
