Remote Processing Specialist | CLEAResult

In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the Integrated Customer Service team by accurately processing energy rebates, directly contributing to the company’s program deliverables and broader mission.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Remote, US
• Pay: $16 hourly
• Team: Integrated Customer Services team, reporting to a Supervisor
• Mission: Ensure the Integrated Customer Service team meets program deliverables by processing rebates accurately.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications

What You’ll Actually Do
Process Management: Accurately perform data entry and validation for energy rebate requests to ensure program deliverables are met.
Performance Monitoring: Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain production standards of 90% or greater, coupled with a 99% accuracy rating and minimized critical errors.
Operational Adherence: Diligently follow all outlined standard operating procedures to guarantee the successful and efficient completion of tasks.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within a team-based environment.
Skill Development: Proactively develop new skills and adapt to new programs and tasks to meet utilization goals set by your Supervisor.

The Must-Haves
Background: Entry-level professional with a focus on meticulous data handling and operational efficiency, prepared to contribute to energy rebate processing.
Experience: Prior experience in data entry is beneficial, demonstrating an ability to handle detailed information accurately.
Skills:
* Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks and information effectively.
* A resourceful and inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and problem-solve.
* Capability to maintain high levels of production and accuracy consistently.
* Flexibility with work schedule, including potential requirements for split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays during peak volumes.
* Possession of a dedicated home office space free from personal disruptions, with two power connections and the ability to hardwire internet (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency).
Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
