Internship Program for 2025
Boeing is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students to join their 2025 internship program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams working on exciting projects.

Available Internship Areas:
• Business Operations: This team offers internship opportunities in areas such as: Business Operations Analyst, Staff Analyst, Integrated Planning & Scheduling, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations Analyst, and Methods Process Analyst. These opportunities span across all Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate. Business Operation roles are located on-site primarily in the Puget Sound, WA area (Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn) with limited opportunities available in North Charleston, SC.
• Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM / IP&S): As an intern in this organization, you will assist with preparation, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities related to maintaining an integrated plan for positive program performance. You’ll participate in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans. You will also assist with risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and refining business cases. Internship opportunities are available in several locations in Boeing Defense, Space and Security, and Boeing Global Services.
• Manufacturing and Operations: Boeing seeks passionate, motivated students to join their team. You’ll work with your leader to develop assignments that enhance your professional development. On-site positions are primarily in Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, Berkeley, MO, Huntsville, AL and New Orleans, LA at their Michoud facility. Additional locations may be considered.
• Sales & Marketing: This team offers opportunities to jumpstart your career in business. You’ll be involved in projects that develop skills in Critical Thinking, Strong Analytical Capability, Effective Communication, Data Analysis, Analytics, Data Visualization & Modeling Skills, Financial Acumen – Value Assessments, NPV Analysis, and Airline/Aviation Industry Familiarization. You’ll also explore Sales & Marketing careers through informational interviews and development opportunities. Sales & Marketing opportunities span across all Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate.
Important Notes:
• Some positions are hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work), while others are 100% onsite.
• This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Some positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.120.15 is required.
• Employer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Qualifications:
• Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2025. Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Preferred Qualifications: Passion for the aerospace industry, academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher), previous business or related internships, involvement with student or civic organizations, major in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management, Information Systems, or other related fields.
