Job Description: Private Events Dining Intern (Summer 2025)

Eataly is seeking a Private Events Dining Intern for the summer of 2025 to work alongside and learn from the Hospitality Team. This paid internship offers hands-on professional experience within a dynamic and fun work environment.

Responsibilities:** Under the supervision of the Director of Hospitality, the intern will:

• Assist in outreach to potential and existing clients to promote private dining services.
• Support the planning and execution of private dining events, including menu coordination and logistical arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservation databases.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content for private dining offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and policies.
• Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Schedule:** The internship runs from June – August 2025, Monday – Thursday, approximately 9 am – 6 pm, at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY.

Compensation:** $16.50 per hour (Housing and transportation are the intern’s responsibility).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
