Job Description:

K1 is seeking a Private Equity Summer Analyst to join their Diligence team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This internship is open to current college students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. The intern will support and shadow day-to-day Diligence operations, learn how to perform basic due diligence on potential investments, shadow calls with management and assist in company analysis, complete a capstone project for presentation, and support team members as assigned. Top performers may receive full-time offers.

Compensation:

The pro-rated salary is expected to be $85,000 for the position of Intern, Private Equity Analyst (Summer 2026).
