Job Description:

K1 is seeking a Private Equity Summer Analyst to join their Diligence team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This internship is open to current college students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. Top performers may receive full-time offers upon completion of the program.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and shadow day-to-day Diligence operations.
• Learn how to perform basic due diligence on potential investments.
• Shadow calls with management and assist in company analysis.
• Complete a capstone project to be presented to senior team members.
• Support current team members in various responsibilities, as assigned.

Compensation:

As of the date of this posting, K1 Investment Management, LLC reasonably expects to pay a pro-rated salary of $85,000 for the position of Intern, Private Equity Analyst (Summer 2026).
