• Team: Finance Process Ownership team within the Finance Transformation Office (FTO), reporting to the Director, Finance Process Owner Source to Pay.
• Mission: Optimize, govern, and transform Workday’s global Source to Pay value stream for a frictionless, compliant, and scalable experience.
• Tech Stack: Workday Financial Management, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Evisort, Jira.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Design: Partner with the Finance Process Owner to define and evolve current-state and future-state process flows across the Source to Pay lifecycle, including supplier, contract, requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, expense management, and payment execution.
• Requirements Management: Translate complex business, policy, and regulatory requirements into clear, scalable process designs, functional requirements, and Jira stories, while owning traceability and change management.
• Testing & UAT Leadership: Develop and maintain Source to Pay test scripts, scenarios, and evidence, then execute end-to-end transaction testing across Workday Financials and connected systems, leading UAT ceremonies to closure.
• System-Driven Automation: Support the design, configuration, and adoption of scalable, system-driven Source to Pay processes powered by Workday, including intelligent supplier onboarding, guided buying, automated invoice matching, and payment controls.
• Performance Monitoring: Own the development and monitoring of KPIs that measure process health, such as requisition-to-purchase-order cycle time, touchless invoice rate, and on-time payment performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with deep functional knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, procurement, invoice processing, expense management, payments, and related accounting, tax, controls, and working-capital implications.
• Experience: At least 8 years of progressive experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, or a related discipline, including ownership of complex end-to-end processes in a global environment, with proven experience using or deploying ERPs/Sourcing/Procurement Platforms.
• Skills: Process design, functional requirements gathering, UAT test script development and coordination, financial controls, global regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Bonus: CPA, CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a comparable certification is preferred.
