Job Description: PRESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATE SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This is a detailed description of the Presidential Associate Summer Internship Program, which serves as a crucial pathway to the full-time CEO Global Presidential Program at The Estee Lauder Companies.

The Internship Program Overview:
Purpose: The Summer Internship is a 10-week full-time program designed for undergraduate students between their junior and senior years of college, serving as an entry point to the more extensive, full-time Presidential Associate Program.
Full-time Presidential Associate (PA) Program (Overview):
• An intensive, 18-month rotational leadership development program.
• Specifically designed for undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• Integrates a comprehensive approach to talent development, including:
• Customized professional rotations.
• Continuous leadership development.
• Coaching and mentoring.
• Hands-on practical experience.
• Group networking opportunities.
• Strategic thinking initiatives.
• Aims to optimize talent, build business acumen, and enhance capability.
• Capitalizes on participants’ creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that accelerate career growth.
Summer Internship Specifics:
Duration: 10 weeks.
Experience: Participants will have the opportunity to work in a single, critical area of the business.
Guidance: Work will be performed under the direct guidance and sponsorship of a key executive within the company.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic Standing: Must be a rising senior at the undergraduate level.
Experience: Possess relevant internship or other work experience.
Skills & Achievements: Demonstrate a strong record of achievement, coupled with robust interpersonal and leadership skills.
Additional Advantage: Global exposure or study abroad experience is considered a plus.

Work Authorization Requirements:
• The Presidential Associate Program does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
• All candidates applying for the PA program (including the summer internship) are required to have US work authorization without restriction.

Compensation:
• The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
• The actual hourly rate may vary depending on the geographic location of the internship.
