Presidential Associate (PA) Internship Program
The Presidential Associate (PA) Internship Program is a part of the CEO Global Presidential Program, designed for undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. This intensive 18-month rotational program, offered as a full-time opportunity, is designed to accelerate career growth through a comprehensive blend of:

# Summer Presidential Associate Internship Program
The Estée Lauder Companies offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students between their junior and senior years. This program allows participants to work within a critical area of the business under the guidance of a key executive.

North America (NYC)
• Marketing: Provides exposure to consumer, product, and digital marketing. Participants will gain insights into global marketing strategies and work on challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Sample internships include:
• North America Consumer Engagement, Clinique
• Global Product Marketing, La Mer
• Global Consumer Insights, MAC Cosmetics
• Online: Focuses on e-commerce and digital innovation. Participants will gain experience in various areas within the Online division, including e-commerce, merchandising analytics, and omnichannel initiatives. Sample internships include:
• North America E-commerce, Bobbi Brown
• Omnichannel
• Online Customer Acquisition and Retention
• Human Resources: Offers rotations in strategic areas within Global Human Resources, including work with both function and brand HR Business Partner teams. Participants will work on projects related to talent acquisition, development, and retention. Sample internships include:
• Human Resources Business Partner, La Mer
• Global Talent
• Enterprise Learning and Development
• Global Supply Chain: Focuses on areas like manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. Participants will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and planning. Sample internships include:
• Sustainable Sourcing
• Indirect Procurement
• Global Brand Supply Chain, Clinique
• Data Analytics: Focuses on data insights and analytics in consumer growth and marketing strategies. Participants will work on technically challenging roles in Enterprise Marketing & Data, focusing on data science, analytics, and customer relationship management. Sample rotations include:
• Global Business Analytics & Intelligence
• La Mer Brand Growth Intelligence
• Global Digital Marketing & Partnerships
• Creative / Design: Focuses on visual merchandising, store design, package design, and digital asset creation. Participants will work on projects related to in-store merchandising, special events, and design development. Sample internships include:

• Visual Merchandising, Tom Ford Beauty
• Experiential Design, MAC Cosmetics
