This is a Premium Hospitality Internship offering flexible, paid, resume-boosting experience at Kansas University home football games. It’s designed to teach the business of service from the inside out, providing hands-on operational experience within a high-energy stadium environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver elevated, friendly, and efficient guest service to Wildcats fans.
• Accurately take and process food & beverage orders, specifically in premium areas and high-traffic stands.
• Operate a register and handle cash/card transactions with precision.
• Prepare and serve a variety of menu items safely and quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and organization of the stand/hospitality area.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure short lines and memorable guest experiences.
• Problem-solve guest needs with professionalism and urgency.
