Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically with the sales team to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging product/service presentations and demonstrations that meticulously address specific business challenges and showcase our value proposition.
  • Utilize advanced AI-powered research tools to conduct in-depth analysis of customer accounts, industries, and problem statements, generating deep insights to inform and tailor pre-sales narratives and value propositions.
  • Maintain meticulous records and provide timely updates within CRM tools such as HubSpot and Contract Portals, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline status, proposal information, and sales activities.
  • Conduct thorough Market Research on leads generated by the Sales team, identifying key trends, potential opportunities, and strategic insights to enhance lead qualification and targeting.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of the competitive landscape and market positioning, employing both traditional research methodologies and sophisticated AI-driven competitive intelligence tools to inform our go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging technology trends, industry shifts, and regulatory changes across diverse sectors including BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Retail, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to design and develop impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals using tools such as PowerPoint, significantly enhanced by AI-assisted content creation and design tools for efficiency and creativity.
  • Proficiency in managing and tracking the sales pipeline using industry-standard CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-driven reporting and forecasting features for predictive insights.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI tools to synthesize complex information, extract key insights, and present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • A solid working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and best practices in software project execution, coupled with an awareness of how AI is applied across the SDLC to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools as an integral part of day-to-day work, including but not limited to generative AI for content creation, detailed research, efficient summarization, and sophisticated proposal drafting.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain performance under pressure, demonstrating quick adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving, and AI-driven sales environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing/Information Technology or Business Management.
  • Preferably 1+ years of proven experience in a similar pre-sales, sales enablement, or business analyst role.
