What You’ll Actually Do
• Pre-Litigation Management: Act as a pre-litigation paralegal specializing in personal injury, diligently preparing cases before formal litigation begins.
• Documentation Handling: Prepare and manage essential legal documents, specifically drafting demand letters and obtaining and organizing medical records.
• Client Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with clients, including following up on appointments to ensure their participation and address any inquiries.
• Insurance Policy Research: Investigate and accurately document policy limits for various insurance coverages relevant to ongoing personal injury claims.
• Litigation and Trial Support: Provide comprehensive support for discovery processes, assist with civil litigation activities, and meticulously prepare for trial proceedings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A paralegal with personal injury experience, capable of supporting both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Experience: Proven experience in handling personal injury cases, including drafting demand letters and managing medical records.
• Skills: Proficiency across essential legal functions including Discovery, Civil Litigation, Trial Preparation, and effective use of Case Management Software.
