Product Practices teams within enablement are responsible for delivering quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google commercializes its ad products. They act as the liaison between Product and gTech services, ensuring seamless execution of Product launches and customer-facing migrations.

Responsibilities
• Drive activation of Marketing Objectives and related GPPs.
• Partner with the gTech customer support team, primarily Googlers and vendors, to enable customer support activities like training, SoP creation, and hotspot analysis.
• Develop verticalized narratives and work with cross-functional stakeholders across Google to customize strategy and messaging for key verticals.
• Create and maintain servicing plans for advertisers, considering all key stakeholders and partner workforce. Work on continuous improvement of services strategy to adopt any changes in products and metrics.
• Develop a gTech Ads services strategy in partnership with leadership and the gSO team to assist in achieving regional goals, including BFMs. Help prioritize and design the right goals and metrics, analyzing the existing headroom.
