The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider. In this position, you will be crucial in managing the logistics and inventory of Point of Sale (POS) materials. Your work directly supports the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to promote products effectively. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting sales initiatives.

• Pay: $23–$29 hourly
• Mission: Coordinate the delivery, invoicing, and inventory of Point of Sale materials to ensure accuracy and support sales and merchandising operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Logistics: Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of all Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy.
• Support Sales & Merchandising: Support Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed and coordinate the placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs.
• Process Invoices: Receive and process manual invoices, following up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
• Monitor Inventory: Monitor on-hand inventory levels, ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained, and produce a weekly inventory report.
• Maintain Operations: Maintain the POS workstation to ensure smooth and organized operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience: 0 to 1 plus years of related experience.
• Skills: Inventory management, invoice processing, logistics coordination, and attention to detail.
