Job Title: Policy Research Intern
Department: Research Division
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Location: Remote / Hangzhou (offers flexibility)

Role Overview:
Policy Research Interns at Mingxi are crucial in constructing evidence matrices that underpin strategic judgments. The role involves close collaboration with senior analysts to:
• Collect, organize, and clean multi-source information.
• Work under clear strategic frameworks and expert viewpoints.
• Produce logic-driven, structured insights and visual deliverables.
• The core value is to precisely and systematically build evidence matrices that support strategic judgment.

What They’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to organize complex information clearly and concisely.
Deep interest in policy research, industry trends, or strategy consulting.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for structured information presentation.
Familiarity with knowledge management tools like Notion or Obsidian is a plus.
Keen attention to source accuracy and detail integrity, with a strong awareness of information authenticity and traceability.
Strong academic background is preferred:
• 985/211 universities (China).
• QS Top 100 universities (international).
All majors are welcome, emphasizing cognitive structure over specific disciplines.
