Job Description: Podcast Marketing Intern
Quilly is seeking a driven and creative Podcast Marketing Intern for a fall internship. This role is ideal for someone passionate about discovering and amplifying new creators, artists, and activists, and strategically getting their voices in front of a wider audience.
What You’ll Do:
• Podcast Promotion: Brainstorm and execute innovative strategies to promote new podcast episodes across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Guest Management: Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and coordinating with potential podcast guests. This includes engaging with a range of individuals from popular college influencers to local artists and changemakers.
• Content Repurposing: Clip, caption, and repurpose key moments from podcast content to create engaging snippets designed to expand the audience and generate interest.
• Audience Engagement: Actively interact with listeners, foster a sense of community, and generate excitement and anticipation for each new episode release.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with Quilly’s founder and the marketing team to contribute to and expand the brand’s reach and impact, building upon its existing organic success.

• Social Media Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of current social media trends and demonstrate an innate ability to create content that stands out and captures attention.

• Effective Communicator: You can craft clear, compelling, and catchy copy for various purposes, including social media captions, outreach messages, and direct messages.
