Podcast Content Strategist & Research Intern

Role Description

War Room to Board Room is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Podcast Content Strategist & Research Intern to join our remote team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of empowering veterans by enhancing our educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive content strategies for our podcasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and target audience needs.
• Podcast Content Creation & Organization: Assist in the conceptualization, structuring, and organization of podcast episodes, from initial ideas to final script outlines.
• Research & Topic Development: Conduct in-depth research to identify compelling topics, gather relevant data, and source credible information to support podcast discussions on leadership and management.
• Content Writing & Refinement: Write, edit, and refine engaging web and audio content, including podcast scripts, show notes, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Collaborative Enhancement: Work closely with the War Room to Board Room team to continuously enhance the quality, relevance, and impact of our leadership and management resources.

Required Qualifications

• Content Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Content Strategy, Content Development, and Content Management.
• Writing Skills: Strong abilities in Web Content Writing and general professional writing, with an eye for clarity, conciseness, and engagement.
• Research Prowess: Excellent research abilities, capable of supporting the robust development of diverse topics and ensuring factual accuracy.
• Organizational & Communication Skills: Superior organizational skills and clear, effective communication abilities to work seamlessly within a remote team.
• Independence & Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment, managing tasks efficiently.
• Passion for Mission: A genuine passion for creating impactful content that directly benefits and serves the veteran community.
