Job description:
The City of Highland Park is offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in city planning as a Planning & Management Analyst Intern (Part-Time).
As a Planning Intern, you will perform a variety of entry-level professional planning and management analyst tasks involving land use regulation and program and development services administration.
The role includes mentorship from senior staff, offering valuable insight into municipal planning processes and career pathways. This position is ideal for current students or recent graduates in urban planning or a related field looking to apply classroom knowledge in a meaningful and practical setting.
Part-Time: 20 hrs. per week (max 999 hrs. per year), no benefits.
