Customer Service Rep | Domino’s

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Domino’s, located in Knoxville, TN. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Order Management: Responsibly and accurately receive and process customer orders, whether in-person or over the phone, ensuring all details are correctly captured to meet customer expectations.
• Pizza Production: Expertly prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas and other menu items, adhering strictly to Domino’s established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Customer Experience Delivery: Consistently provide a positive, energetic, and engaging experience for all customers, from greeting them to handing off their orders, ensuring their visit is enjoyable and memorable.
• Operational Efficiency: Contribute to maintaining an efficient and energetic workflow within a high-volume store environment, supporting team members and upholding the store’s operational standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A foundational understanding of customer service principles, demonstrating a readiness to learn and apply best practices in a retail food service environment. Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation is beneficial.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to interact positively and professionally with diverse customers, coupled with practical experience performing tasks efficiently in a service-oriented setting. Proven capability to maintain a high level of performance and contribute to an energetic team atmosphere within a busy work environment.
