Pay: An hourly wage range of $18.00-$37.00*, with the actual hourly rate meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Description

Position Title: Grad Intern (Pharmacy)

Position Summary:
This role is designed for recent pharmacy graduates looking to begin their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Grad Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to customers’ health and well-being. The position focuses on learning and improving customer health and wellness, advocating for patient well-being within a community pharmacy setting. You will support the pharmacy team’s goals and contribute to the success of pharmacy operations, with a strong emphasis on clinical care and compliance.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records in accordance with Company policies, and local, State, and Federal guidelines.
• Assist with processing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing patient needs, assessing them, and assisting in navigating clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.

• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and the ability to implement best practices.
• Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.

• Ability to manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrolled in the final year at an accredited Pharmacy school.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors: Science degree.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
