What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a vital link between Viking Pest Control and our clients.
• Pest Resolution: Independently solve existing pest and rodent problems for residential and commercial properties.
• Preventative Strategy: Recommend and implement effective corrective actions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Impact: Help people in your local community by addressing and solving their specific pest challenges.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, protecting their homes and businesses from pests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional aged 21 or older, seeking a career in pest control with comprehensive training provided.
• Experience: No prior experience needed, as all hires receive hands-on training. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Skills: Strong customer service abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, a safety-first mindset, a great work ethic, and comfort working outdoors. Basic familiarity with technology, including smartphones and computers, is also important.
• Bonus: While a high school degree or equivalent is preferred, the company prioritizes dedication and motivation. Reliable personal transportation is required until a company vehicle is provided after training.
