What You’ll Actually Do
• Service Delivery: Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Problem Resolution: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for residential and commercial properties.
• Prevention: Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Impact: Help people in the community by expertly addressing and resolving their pest challenges.
• Property Protection: Safeguard homes and businesses from a wide range of pests, including ants, mice, mosquitos, termites, and bed bugs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a high school degree or equivalent; candidates must be 21 years old or older.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is necessary as comprehensive, hands-on training is provided for all new hires. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and have reliable transportation to fulfill scheduled routes.
• Skills: Demonstrated great customer service abilities, a dedication to helping and solving problems, a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, comfort working outdoors in various conditions, and familiarity with using technology such as computers and smartphones.
