The Tone:
This is a freelance, part-time project at TELUS Digital AI Community, located remotely. TELUS Digital AI Community builds better AI models by collecting, enhancing, training, translating, and localizing content for global brands. This role directly contributes to improving the overall user experience for top search engines by providing critical feedback on digital content. By joining, individuals help shape the functionality and quality of online search experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze various types of online content, including texts, pages, and images, for top search engines.
• Provide Feedback: Provide detailed feedback on analyzed content using an online tool.
• Rate: Review and rate search results for their relevance and quality.
• Enhance: Help improve the overall user experience for millions of search engine users.
• Contribute: Make an impact by supporting the machine learning models of some of the world’s largest brands.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No previous professional experience is required. Candidates must be residents in the United States for the last 3 consecutive years and familiar with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the US.
• Experience: Active use of Gmail and other forms of social media, coupled with experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with diverse online content.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; daily access to a broadband internet connection, a personal computer, and a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher).
