Job Description:
Alloy Personal Training in Murphy, TX (East Plano) is seeking a Director of Training (Studio Manager) to lead and grow their personal training studio. This role involves a combination of direct client interaction through small group personal training sessions, sales, team management, and overall studio operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Building: Cultivate an engaging studio environment.
• Client Engagement: Deliver premium client engagement, including In-Body assessments and goal setting.
• Staff Scheduling and Supervision: Oversee staff scheduling, training, coaching, and supervision to maximize memberships and retention.
• Performance Monitoring: Mentor staff performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Goal Setting: Generate goals to improve member and employee satisfaction and grow memberships.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between the studio and the franchise owner.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges impacting sales performance and member satisfaction.
• Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Business Performance: Monitor business performance using weekly reports and KPI trackers.
• Training: Conduct small group personal training sessions for 5-15 hours per week.
• Sales: Drive pre-sales and ongoing membership sales.
• Networking: Community networking and engagement
Core Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of management and sales experience.
• Fitness Club Management: Experience managing in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club.
• Sales Skills: Experience in pre-sales or related sales.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a small team (2-4 individuals).
• Consultation: Proficient consultation skills.
• Leadership Ability: Proven leadership in an educational, fitness, or professional setting.
• Team Management: Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Business Acumen: Financial, business, and human resource management knowledge.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient computer skills.
• Availability: Willingness to work morning, evening, and weekend hours.
