This position is essential for supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury cases, from initial client contact to trial. The successful candidate will play a key part in the firm’s legal operations, directly contributing to efficient case progression and favorable client outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Initiation: Assist attorneys with initial client interviews, intake forms, and opening new personal injury case files.
• Discovery Coordination: Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and summarizing depositions.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and file various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Evidence Management: Organize and synthesize critical evidence, including medical records, bills, employment documents, and police reports.
• Trial Support: Provide comprehensive support during trial preparation, assembling trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is suited for an experienced professional with a foundational understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of direct, hands-on experience working as a paralegal specifically within personal injury law is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in legal document drafting and review; strong organizational and case management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; capability to handle medical records and other sensitive client information; familiarity with legal research tools and litigation software.
