What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Manage assigned personal injury caseloads under direct supervision.
• Document Filing: Execute E-filing procedures for various documents and pleadings.
• Records Oversight: Oversee the management of medical records and bills, including reductions.
• Litigation Support: Conduct case investigation and assist in all aspects of trial preparation.
• Case Finalization: Administer the closure process for resolved personal injury cases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with core domain knowledge in personal injury law.
• Experience: Required proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe.
