Personal Injury Case Manager | Brodie Law Group
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Brodie Law Group, located in Macon, Georgia. Brodie Law Group is a growing personal injury team dedicated to helping clients who have experienced serious accidents, often leaving them hurt, overwhelmed, and unsure of next steps. This role is crucial for ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the early and active stages of their case, directly contributing to their peace of mind during a stressful time.

• Mission: Guides injury clients through the early and active stages of their case, ensuring they are informed, and critical case details are tracked and managed.
• Tech Stack: Filevine (or similar systems), email, calendars, phone systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with personal injury clients to answer process-related questions and help them understand their case’s next steps.
• Treatment Tracking: Track medical treatment status, follow up with clients for updates, and identify when treatment is complete or if further follow-up is needed.
• Document Management: Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and related case documents to keep case files organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Information Documentation: Document client updates, provider information, treatment status, and important case activity within the case management system.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other offices as needed to help the legal team prepare cases for the next stage.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core domain knowledge in client service, particularly within legal, medical records, or insurance contexts.
• Experience: Preferred experience in personal injury, legal case management, medical records, or insurance. Comfort learning and using case management software such as Filevine or similar systems.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organization and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks proactively, and comfort with email, calendars, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Bonus: A compassionate and patient approach with people going through stressful situations, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a team-first attitude.
