What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedule meetings for leadership.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate travel, manage social media, and setup AI marketing initiatives.
• Communication Handling: Handle correspondence, screen and route communications, and prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations.
• File & Event Support: Maintain organized digital and physical files, and support small events or meetings.
• Clerical Support: Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and expense tracking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Core domain knowledge includes proactive support, task prioritization, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience: Prior experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Prior experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leaders is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient diary management, solid clerical skills, high reliability, strong time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Love to use AI. Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendar platforms, spreadsheets, shared drives); familiarity with tech or AI environments is a plus. Experience in a startup or high-growth company is beneficial. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
