Personal Assistant | ATP Development & Construction
The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at ATP Development & Construction, located in Los Angeles, CA. ATP is a real estate development and investment company with over 35 years of experience, known for managing the full lifecycle of projects through in-house divisions and partnering with clients for ground-up developments and consulting services. This role is critical in supporting senior leaders with essential day-to-day administrative tasks, contributing directly to the company’s efficiency and ability to maintain its commitment to long-term client relationships and quality project delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar & Travel: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders.
• Correspondence & Documents: Organize documents and correspondence, handling phone calls and emails professionally.
• Reporting & Records: Prepare basic reports and presentations, and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Operational Support: Assist with personal and professional errands, support office logistics, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with foundational understanding in administrative support principles.
• Experience: Strong Personal Assistance skills, including handling errands and task coordination. Demonstrated experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, covering meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient diary management for calendar organization and scheduling, solid clerical skills such as filing and data entry, and strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bonus: Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience supporting executives, business owners, or senior managers is preferred.
