Job Description: Performance Ads Product Strategy & Operations Internship

This internship is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and focuses on advertising. You will work closely with advertisers from various sectors like eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc. to help them make TikTok an essential growth channel for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research: Explore new solutions and gather insights to inform product planning.
Product expert: Assess product market fit during alpha and beta testing phases. Establish feedback mechanisms to ensure successful product launches.
Drive product strategies: Influence both short and long-term product strategies across ideation, alpha, beta, and launch stages. Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Contribute to team excellence: Share best practices, evolve processes and frameworks to benefit the entire team and the PSO organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or related discipline.
• Experience working with Performance Ads, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and using a data-driven approach.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and launching advertising solutions for marketers (ad networks, platforms, or as a media buyer).
• Experience with 0-1 product development (shaping product strategy, testing, GTM planning, and scaling).

Internship Details:

Duration: 12 weeks
Start Dates: Monday, May 12; Monday, May 19; Tuesday, May 27 (Memorial Day, May 26); Monday, June 9; Monday, June 23
Location: TikTok offices (location will be specified during the application process)
