Job Description: People Team Intern
This is a 10-week, full-time internship running from June 3, 2025, to August 12, 2025, generally Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The internship is focused on improving internal communication and HR processes within Lagunitas Brewing Company.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and improve the delivery of HR services through the company’s portal and SharePoint.
• Develop better methods for connecting with employees to answer questions, moving away from the current email-based system.
• Identify opportunities to streamline information sharing and processes within the HR team to prevent disruptions.
• Improve communication and connection between the HR team and the rest of the organization.
Projects/Tasks:
• Onboarding to learn about Lagunitas’ operations, services, and platforms.
• Participation in employee events to understand how HR interacts with other teams.
• Review of internal operations to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills (“People person needed”).
• Curious and energetic personality.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred majors/degrees: Communications, Psychology.
• Must be 21 years or older.
