About the Job: People Operations Intern
Click Therapeutics seeks a People Operations Intern to contribute to their HR department. This hybrid internship (in-office Wednesdays and Fridays) offers exposure to various HR functions, working alongside experienced professionals. The intern will gain insights into recruitment, colleague relations, onboarding, training, and other key initiatives. The position is based at Click’s Tribeca, NYC headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Create documentation for policies, onboarding/offboarding processes, and performance management.
• Assist with recruitment: crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews.
• Support recruitment events and activities (career fairs, etc.).
• Assist with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and research.
• Support colleague engagement activities (e.g., Click’s Summer Bash).
• Contribute to ad-hoc special projects.
Qualifications:
• Rising sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional work ethic.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or Psychology.
Compensation and Details:
• $22/hour
• Part-time, 30 hours/week
• 10-week duration (May 20th – August 1st, 2025)
