Job Description: People & Culture Internship (Multiple Opportunities):
WBD offers several paid internship opportunities within their People & Culture department, located in Atlanta, GA. Interns will work a hybrid schedule based on their manager’s in-office presence. The program runs for 11 weeks, with two start date options: June 2nd – August 15th or June 9th – August 22nd. Interns will work 35-40 hours per week. College credit is not required, but documentation will be provided if needed. Relocation is not offered.
Responsibilities (may vary by specific role):
• Creating branded materials (employee spotlights, blog posts, social media content).
• Analyzing engagement data and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Supporting the People & Culture Partners team with operational and administrative tasks.
• Handling routine inquiries and departmental administration for the Technology & Operations People & Culture team.
• Supporting the job description submission process.
• Building, updating, and consolidating organizational charts.
• Supporting the planning and execution of talent community events (virtual and in-person).
• Assisting in creating and distributing monthly newsletters (drafting content, tracking metrics, suggesting improvements).
• Contributing to special projects (building playbooks, piloting new engagement strategies).
Qualifications:
• Essentials: Strong writing and editing skills; basic data analysis experience (Excel, Tableau); interest in HR marketing, community engagement, and content creation; ability to maintain confidentiality; currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (proof required); rising junior or senior undergraduate student (18+ years old); 3.0 GPA or above (transcript required if offered a position); authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Nice to Haves: Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and performance metrics; experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, FDD, Kanban); basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
