Payer Data Operations Summer Intern (2026)

Aledade is actively recruiting for 2026 Summer Interns! This program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain invaluable experience within a dynamic healthcare environment. Interns will receive direct guidance from senior leaders and engage in substantive, hands-on projects designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Aledade’s overall operations and the intricacies of the U.S. healthcare system.

The internship will commence on June 1st, 2026, and conclude after 10 weeks on August 7th, 2026.

About the Role: Payer Data Operations Intern

The Payer Data Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the foundational discovery and documentation necessary to transition payer data integrations from a reactive troubleshooting model to a proactive monitoring framework. Aledade currently manages over 100 unique payer data integrations, which are critical for powering key business functions such as MA Stars, MA Risk, and financial monitoring for both Aledade and its partner practices.

Key Internship Experiences & Development Opportunities:

In addition to taking ownership over substantial projects, an Aledade Intern will also:

  • Attend regular meetings with a cohort of other Interns, featuring insights from leaders across the company.
  • Participate in dedicated professional development programming tailored for interns.
  • Gain exposure to senior executives and industry leaders, fostering networking and mentorship opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in critical areas including:
    • Healthcare policy
    • Programming languages
    • Business operations
    • Medicare and commercial payer contracts
    • Clinical workflows
  • Have the opportunity to attend relevant events and trainings within the broader healthcare field.
