Job Description:

Pathways Internship Program: This program is designed to develop future leaders from diverse backgrounds. Interns will gain valuable experience within the Moët Hennessy USA ecosystem, contributing to the company’s legacy.

Summer Internship (Dates Pending):

What you’ll do:

Immersion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Industry experience across various Moët Hennessy USA categories
Solution-oriented problem solving with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Commercial, etc.)
Exposure to Wine & Spirits trends and competitor landscape
Independent business-focused project with presentation to senior leadership
Participation in an inclusion-focused project with an Employee Resource Group
Cross-functional training and networking

Who you are:

Demonstrates curiosity about business and organizational goals, with a drive to learn industry standard processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Embodies Moët Hennessy’s core values
1 year of internship experience in a corporate setting (a plus)

Education and Criteria:

Rising senior (expected graduation between December 2025 – May 2026)
Enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Member of a historically underrepresented demographic
Interested in a career in Marketing or Sales
Able and willing to work at the assigned location (relocation assistance not provided)
Available to work full-time for the 12-week program (May – August 2025)
Must be 21 years old or older at the time of the internship
Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without sponsorship
