Pathways Internship Program:
The Pathways Internship Program at Moët Hennessy USA is a key part of their commitment to building a diverse pipeline of future leaders. As an intern, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the various business groups and their supporting components.
Key aspects of the program:
• Dates: Summer internship program (dates pending)
• Experience: Hands-on experience, direct interaction with cross-functional teams, project-based assignments, mentorship from Moët Hennessy USA leaders, networking opportunities, and exposure to team members across the company.
• Impact: Create lasting impressions through collaboration on projects and strategic business initiatives.
• Possible Roles: Assisting with new brand marketing campaigns, social media strategy, or supporting the commercial organization.
• Professional Development: Gain practical experience applicable to future career goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Immersion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and critical thinking are essential.
• Gain industry experience across various categories of the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio.
• Take a solution-centric approach to problem-solving with team members.
• Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial, etc.
• Gain exposure to trends in Wine & Spirits and understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Fully own an individual, business-focused project to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present to senior leadership.
• Participate in an inclusion-focused project with an Employee Resource Group.
• Gain cross-functional training and networking opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Demonstrates keen curiosity about business and organizational goals.
• Desire to learn industry standard processes and grow in an enterprise organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to represent all elements of Moët Hennessy’s core values.
• 1 year of internship experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
Education and Criteria:
• Rising senior (expected graduation between December 2025 – May 2026)
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Member of a historically underrepresented demographic.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Marketing or Sales.
• Able and willing to work at the assigned work location. (Relocation assistance will not be provided)
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the 12-week program (May – August 2025).
• Must be 21 or older at the time of the internship.
• Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
