Job Description: Partnership Management Intern
Contentstack is seeking a Partnership Management Intern to support and scale its expanding partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a highly organized and interpersonally skilled individual eager to make a significant impact within a fast-moving team.
Purpose of the Role:
To assist the partnerships team in onboarding, enabling, and evolving self-service systems for their growing network of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refining Intake Process: Help streamline and improve the application process for new partners.
• Enablement Coordination: Schedule and coordinate enablement sessions with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful activation of partnerships.
• Self-Service Development: Collaborate with team members to develop and refine self-service onboarding experiences for partners.
• Opportunity Management: Contribute to improving the methods for recruiting, assessing, and routing partnership opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Organization & Project Coordination: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and coordinating various projects.
• Technical Familiarity (Plus): Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and various project management platforms is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a satisfaction in completing tasks.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confident in speaking with new people and capable of presenting information clearly to a group.
• Passion: A genuine interest in partnerships, marketing, business development, or program management.

Compensation:
• The salary for this role is $20 per hour.
• The position allows for up to 28 hours per week.
