This position is a Partnership Assistant role within the Buffalo Sabres+ Business Development department.
• Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the daily operations of the organization’s partnerships, particularly during game nights and events. This encompasses game day activations, partner events, and other Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits organization events.
• Duration: This role is anticipated to start in early September 2025 and continue through April 2026.
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist with on-site (KeyBank Center) and off-site partnership events.
• Perform various tasks pertaining to Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits game days.
• Track fulfillment of partnership assets on game days across in-arena, broadcast, and digital platforms.
• Assist with data entry and communicate all information to appropriate parties.
• Manage multiple department projects and other tasks as needed.
• Assist with sponsor promotions and contest fulfillment.

• Compensation: This role pays $15.50 an hour.
