Job Description: Partner Marketing Intern
Okta seeks a motivated undergraduate (rising senior or graduate student graduating December 2025 or Spring 2026) for a Partner Marketing Internship based in Chicago (hybrid work model). The intern will collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers and contribute directly to Okta’s marketing pipeline goals. This cross-functional role involves working with sales, marketing, and alliances teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in developing joint value propositions with various partner types (system integrators, cloud service providers, resellers).
• Supporting the creation and coordination of marketing content for partner campaigns focused on Okta’s “Better Together” initiatives.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Okta’s channel partners.
• Contributing to other marketing projects as needed. This includes contributing to messaging, positioning, and campaigns with partners, focusing on To-, Through-, and With-Partner marketing efforts. The intern will gain a deep understanding of Okta’s joint value propositions.
Qualifications:
• Currently a rising senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong passion for technology, especially at the intersection of partner marketing and product development.
• Familiarity with the identity and automation space; experience with Okta and/or Auth0 is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
