### What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Partner Management Intern at Xometry, you will be instrumental in driving partner performance and strategy. This role involves providing critical analysis and engaging in cross-functional collaboration related to our extensive partner network. You can expect to work in an environment that actively encourages entrepreneurial spirit and provides practical experience across various functional areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Partner Relationships: Assist with the onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support of Xometry’s manufacturing partners to ensure seamless collaboration and strong engagement.
• Data Tracking & Analysis: Help monitor key partner performance metrics such as quality, lead time, and capacity. You will also be responsible for preparing insightful reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with the supply chain, quality, and operations teams to help resolve issues, document processes, and strengthen overall partner engagement.

### Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile):

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in a relevant field and possess a strong combination of academic excellence and professional drive.

Academic Background:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Pursuing degrees in: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Provide Unofficial Transcript as part of your application.

Work Ethic & Skills:
• Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A genuine passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to drive results.

Logistics & Authorization:
• Internship Period: June 8 – August 14, 2026.
• Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
• Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.

### Compensation & Duration:

• Estimated Base Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
• Temporary Position: This is a temporary internship role.
