What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service & Sales: Drive selling efforts and build customer relationships by excelling in service and selling techniques to satisfy customer needs.
• Store Operations: Perform daily store functions including processing shipments, merchandising products, restocking inventory, and applying pricing.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure all visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed, and adequate size runs are represented per visual directions.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain a neat and orderly sales environment and assist with keeping the store organized as directed by store management.
• Compliance & Loss Prevention: Comply with all company policies and assist in eliminating both employee and customer theft.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals with an interest in retail sales and customer service.
• Experience: Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not strictly necessary.
• Skills: Excellent command of the English language, basic fashion and style trend knowledge, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
