The Insights Partnership is hiring a Part-Time Program Manager to facilitate their Summer Intern Program. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago (South Side) with remote work. The program runs from June 20 to August 20, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise 6-10 interns throughout the 10-week summer program.
• Track intern hours and manage weekly timesheets using tools like Toggl (implied).
• Coordinate event support and intern project work, ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Facilitate communication effectively using Slack, Zoom, and other digital tools to keep interns informed and engaged.
• Provide individual intern reviews and recommendations at the program’s conclusion, offering constructive feedback for their future development.
• Willing to travel to the South Side of Chicago at least 1 day per week
Ideal Candidate:
• Organized and Proactive Communicator: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with interns and stakeholders.
• Experience with the 40+ Double Dutch Club: (Specific relevance is unclear but listed as desired experience).
• Comfortable Using Digital Tools: Proficient in using Slack, Zoom, Toggl, and other digital tools for communication, project management, and time tracking.
