About the Role

HobbyBox is hiring two Part-Time Marketing Interns / Social Media Managers who are passionate about sports and collectibles, and skilled in creating engaging content. This is a chance to help shape a breakout brand in a dynamic, real-world environment. The role is ideal for marketing or related field students.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Help define the brand voice and posting rhythm.
• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and product-related content.
• Collaborate with another intern to brainstorm and execute content plans.
• Identify and leverage trends to create original content.
• Drive growth across platforms using memes, highlights, and engaging content.

Ideal Candidate:

• Loves sports and understands card culture.
• Has some experience with live-selling platforms (Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Fanatics Live).
• Is fluent in TikTok, Reels, memes, and social analytics.
• Is comfortable shooting and editing content in a warehouse/shop setting.
• Is a team player.
• Is proactive, creative, and eager to build something awesome.
• (Bonus) Has skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
